traveling from Oregon to a small town in Idaho, i noticed some issues with my car. i diagnosed it as the spark plugs and was unable to get the bolt off to fix it myself. Sam at United Muffler took my phone call and had me come in right away. He took my information and changed the spark plugs as soon as i got there, knowing i had somewhere to be. He was friendly and honest. I highly recommend United Muffler for their quality of service, their speed (without losing quality!), and their honesty. side note: there is a small waiting room with toys for kids because they know their community well. great company, great service, great employees.
