I am from Canada and i was passing through on my way much farther south when an issue with my rear end started up. I was referred to his shop by a nearby les schwab shop. Ed Mcfarland, the owner, had his mechanic Jason come with me for a test drive to try and figure out the source of the problem. After we returned, we put it up on the hoist to look further. My experience with these gentlemen was first class. I have never had a more professional interaction with an automotive shop. Ed was very gracious with his time and his mechanics time to try and diagnose the problem. I was completely blown away by how friendly and professional these gentlemen were. They make you feel like you are very important and they are going to take care of you. I love visiting the United States because they are the friendliest people i have ever met. It is said that Canadians are friendlier then Americans.....not in my experiences. Thank you so much Ed and Jason for your help to a stranded Canadian trying to pass through town. You truly made me feel at home and amongst new friends. When i pass through your town again, i am going to drop by for a visit....with some Donuts :)

Absolutely amazing people ! We happened to break down infront of their shop and they went out of their way to help us get back on the road as fast as possible even gave us a ride to a hotel . I've never been blessed with such good customer service 🙏❤️ rating of a Bazillion stars

absolutely super accommodating , we broke down litterly infront of their shop and they went out of their way to get us up and running, even helped us to a Hotel for the night. Can not say anything more about how amazing and nice they are 😍😍😍

Did a great job on my muffler

The tailpipe/muffler on our coach came loose as we were passing Caldwell on I84. Fortunately, a passing car alerted us to the problem so we could exit the freeway almost immediately. The local Camping World advised that we go to the United Muffler shop. The shop diagnosed the problem at the truck stop and said we could drive the coach to the muffler shop. The shop took us in first thing in the morning after staying overnight in the truck stop and completed the repairs by just-after-noon and we were back on the road. Nick did a great job fabricating a new exhaust pipe from and including the turbo flange, over and down to below the engine were he attached it to the remaining existing exhaust piping. He added six new supports where before there were three. It wasn't cheap but what work on a large coach is? We were on the way to a reunion in Idaho Falls and still arrived early! Thanks to Nick and the guys.

We didn't want to get stranded in the woods, so we had to pick a repair shop to check on the alternator issue. I called an explained our problem to Natalie the office manager. She told me to stop by and they would take care of us. They did exactly what they said they would. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a garage. Ed and Sam the owners treated us like were life long customers. They went the extra mile to solve our problem.
